First run since the half

It has been over 1.5 weeks since the half marathon and I just did my first run since then. It was on the treadmill but I am still damn proud.

  
Yes. 3.1 in under 30 minutes! Now to repeat at my next actual 5k race...

    well, dont worry about me! ill be behind you somewhere.
    i havent run much lately. mostly because i had no shoes to run in. but i just bought some. now, if i could find a time to run when it wasnt a million degrees outside...
    i feel just aweful. i totally crapped out on myself. :(
