Haha, so true. There isn't much more you can say! That really is all! My advice would be to keep the workouts going! Make it a priority, like an event that can't be missed and can't be cancelled! Maintain that and you'll keep exercising throughout the cold season! When it comes to eating, have a treat but don't make every meal a feast! Don't sacrifice what you want most, for what you want in the moment!
