I had a long day at work today, but ate well and got in a little exercise tonight. My weight went down - slightly - but not enough to change my ticker. Still, better than nothing. To be honest, I am surprised my weight hasn't gone up, because I'm retaining a little water (love being a woman...ugh). So really, I am pretty happy with how things are going!
Tomorrow I am working from 6 am to 8:30 pm...so I doubt I will get in any exercise. This weekend though, I will kick some butt and hopefully knock another pound or two off. I've got that new, magical number 20 in my sights!
