You're gonna hear me ROAR

I think the song "Roar" has some great lyrics that I can apply to my struggle, battle, and ultimate victory against WEIGHT.

"I guess that I forgot I had a choice

I let you push me past the breaking point"

"You held me down, but I got up

Get ready 'cause I've had enough"

"I went from zero, to my own hero"

And of course....

"I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter, dancin' through the fire

Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar".

Hell yes. 4 lbs down so far in operation lose 15. Granted much of its excess bloating/water weight I'm sure but nevertheless, it's motivation to stay on track.

I will never let weight hold me down again. I have a choice!!!
